The Story
Parks & Rose is a Bend hair studio built on the idea that good hair starts with care.
The work focuses on thoughtful haircuts, dimensional color, and services that prioritize the health and longevity of your hair. Rather than chasing trends, the approach is simple: create hair that fits your life and grows out beautifully.
Every appointment is one-on-one and intentionally paced. Time is taken to understand how you wear your hair, what feels natural to you, and how to create a look that lasts beyond the salon. From a simple trim to custom extensions from our own brand of ethically sourced hair, we have everything to maintain or transform your look.
Parks & Rose also offers private hair loss solutions for clients experiencing thinning or medical hair loss, with services designed to be discreet, supportive, and customized to each individual.
Small by design, the studio offers a welcoming space in Bend, Oregon where clients can expect thoughtful work, honest recommendations, and hair care rooted in experience.
The Mission
Parks & Rose Studio also supports the mission of SHIFT Community Self Care, a nonprofit founded by Samantha to help expand access to personal care services for people who may not otherwise have it.
SHIFT Community Self Care provides hair services, hygiene supplies, and self-care support to individuals and families experiencing hardship or challenging life transitions.
The work of Parks & Rose helps make this mission possible, and the two organizations share a belief that self-care is not a luxury, it’s a basic part of dignity and well-being.

The Shelf
At Parks & Rose Studio, every product used behind the chair and offered on our shelves is chosen with intention. Instead of stocking rows of big corporate lines, the studio focuses on a smaller selection of independent and environmentally conscious brands.
The goal isn’t to sell you a routine you don’t need. It’s to offer tools that genuinely support healthy hair and align with values that matter. Whenever possible, the brands carried at Parks & Rose prioritize responsible ingredient sourcing, sustainable packaging, and ethical production practices.
By supporting independent makers, the studio is able to offer products that are thoughtfully made, high‑performing, and a little different from what you’ll find on every salon shelf.
